That’s the question I asked, as I was outside taking photos during the work party which mostly concentrated on planting new fruit-bearing bushes. I could see ’em from inside. . .

Well, it turns out that the main addition to the corner was a spice bush. Here’s the photo which shows it best.

And here’s a photo showing it (vaguely) with the street corner sign above. Notice the Green Acres “topper”. That’s to denote the much larger Green Acres Neighborhood. A volunteer from GANA (Green Acres Neighborhood Association) just replaced the toppers this year, since of course, many were taken over the years by IU students when they graduated.

Just north of this corner is our sign advertising free plants. Elisha has begun to add them near-daily, and they always go quick, thanks to neighbors walking by.
