SPECIAL PROJECTS

Dave spent a good while back in January and February fixing the overhang to the greenhouse (used to be a garage), rescuing the situation from the snow that capsized it last winter. Looks much better!

Notice the pile of debris from last year? Here it is, closer up.

This debris and other piles around here are in the process of leaving the property. About time!

(The deeper piles contain matter than is already composting, so Dave is going to design a compost container for some of it.)

Here’s Dave’s truck piled with the first of what will likely be either one or two more loads. Monroe County Recycling Center not open on weekends. We loaded it on Friday, so it finally leaves here tomorrow!
